Mercesmeia app is an add on application with our pos solutions and it is used for managing loyalty points, view promotions, coupons etc…. When customers purchase at a Mercesmeia’s partners’ outlet, the Mercesmeia’s partners will provide some loyalty points to the customers according to their loyalty schemes. Keep all multiple loyalty cards within the app You can add the multiple loyalty cards of your local retailers who are partners with Mercesmeia such as supermarkets, restaurants, Pubs,Pharmacy etc.. within your area of residence or workplace in seconds. What would the customers say “Now I don’t carry cards in my wallet, just my mobile phone!”

Click and store all “digital cards” from Mercesmeia’s Retail and Hospitality Partners You can find your favorite local outlets who are partners with Mercesmeia in your area, and click to add their loyalty card.

Click and store all your “plastic cards” from your wallet in the Mercesmeia app.

To use a plastic card from Mercesmeia’s partners, customers do not need to register. They can just scan the plastic card and do transactions. If a customer wants to transfer those loyalty points of a particular plastic card to his/her registered account, simply scan the barcode of the plastic card and then click Link Cards. Slide and remove the Card that you no longer require, simple housekeeping.

If you do not want to receive any offers or coupons from the brand, or do not need the digital card, just simply slide it away from the card list and remove it. You can add the card back again, whenever you need it! It is that simple.

App permissions

It may request access to Camera - to take pictures and videos when scanning the Barcode of plastic card, when you request to link it with your Mercesmeia account.

Note:

This app will allow only the registered customers. If not registered, can create a new account quickly and easily, and can edit customer information later on the profile section.
